The Democratic Action Party (DAP) has called on the states of Johor, Sabah and Sarawak to deny the ruling Barisan Nasional from forming the federal government after the coming general election.

KOTA KINABALU, Sabah: The Democratic Action Party (DAP) has called on the states of Johor, Sabah and Sarawak to deny the ruling Barisan Nasional from forming the federal government after the coming general elections.

DAP adviser Lim Kit Siang said these three so-called "fixed deposit" states for BN can help by rewarding the Pakatan Rakyat (PR) coalition with at least 33 parliamentary seats.
Mr Lim, who is contesting in the hot seat of Gelang Patah in Johor, was in Kota Kinabalu for a short stopover.

He said to bring about a meaningful change for Malaysia, the voters must first enable the PR to be the national government.

Mr Lim said the issues of security, corruption and illegal immigrants continue to plague Sabah and Malaysia, and it is therefore time that the three states help to turn the tide for change and vote for politics of the future.
He said: "We are at a historic junction in the history of the nation and this (is the) time when the people of Sabah must come forward to play their kingmakers' role together with Sarawak and Johor because these are the three 'fixed deposits' of BN.
"They can come forward and support the new wave of change that the days of UMNO and BN are numbered."

Sabah is clearly a state to watch, with various political party leaders dropping in as part of their campaigning programme.
Prime Minister and ruling Barisan Nasional chairman Najib Razak spent about two days in Sabah visiting several districts.
Opposition chiefs have also taken time out from their local seat campaigns to rally support for the coalition in Sabah, indicating that political parties are stepping up their game to try and break new ground and win big in Sabah.

Good news to all gay Muslims.

Imam Daayiee Abdullah welcomes gay Muslims to worship, marry.

“Our mosque is just different,” he says. “I have a slightly different vision of Islam, and it may take a while for the world to catch up.”

Hmmmm....Im guessing I would not be able to catch up with his 'slightly different vision of Islam'...and will definitely be labelled outdated.
The blind leading the blind....

So Allah is wrong in creating handsome men ?!...

Emiratis 'too handsome' for Saudi festival.

Three Emiratis were expelled from a cultural festival in Saudi Arabia after religious police deemed them 'too handsome' and could attract women visitors, local website arabianbusiness.com reported on Wednesday.

Saudi Arabia prohibits women from interacting with unrelated males.

The UAE nationals were taking part in a heritage event in Riyadh on Sunday when they were thrown out by Saudi’s religious cops, the website reported citing Arabic newspaper Elaph.

“A festival official said the three Emiratis were taken out on the grounds they are too handsome and that the Commission members feared female visitors could fall for them,” the newspaper said.

According to Huffington Post, the men were attending the Janadriyah Festival as delegates for a stand promoting the UAE when the incident occurred.

Steps were taken to return the three men to Abu Dhabi, the website reported

Bewildered.

Did Allah done wrong in creating good looking men and beautiful women until human, in this case the notorious  Saudi's religious police-- must take action in their own hand by apprehending these handsome men from performing in a  cultural show... and reason being, they're  afraid that Saudi women will come and maybe scream and jump on them!

What kind of thought are they subscribing to?...

What are they so afraid of?
Are they afraid that their women (of course, they wont bother much if you're not arabs) will fail to control their natural God given feeling  called LOVE or APPRECIATION?....

And I wonder what they, the Emiratis  at large would think of this  Saudi religious police action.

One thing for sure, I must say (in the name of saluting and appreciating  Allah(swt) creation), Emiratis ARE more good looking people compared to their neighbour Saudis and Qataris. Really.
